The BEST Queso Dip: A 15-Minute Party Classic

Editor’s Note: Sorry, but I could NOT resist posting this today - Enjoy!

Creamy, cheesy, and full of flavor, this quick stovetop queso dip is your new go-to for parties, game day, or taco night.

Made with fresh garlic, green chilies, Roma tomatoes, and cheddar cheese, the dip comes together in just 15 minutes. It’s rich, melty, and can be customized to your heat preference—use mild chilies or kick it up with cayenne.

The secret? Evaporated milk for ultra-smooth texture and freshly shredded cheddar for best meltability.

Tips for success:

  • Use low heat to avoid burning or curdling.

  • Store leftovers in the fridge up to 3 days.

  • Reheat with a splash of milk for silky smoothness.

Perfect with tortilla chips, or as a topping for tacos, nachos, burgers, or roasted potatoes.
Serve warm and stir often for maximum creaminess!

Dave Bautista Finds Peace in Tampa — and Purpose in His Roles

Dave Bautista, 56, may be a Hollywood star, but in Tampa, he’s just a guy walking his dogs.

In a new interview, Bautista opens up about prioritizing purpose over paychecks, and how growing up poor and achieving success later in life keeps him grounded. “It’s not where I live — it’s how I was raised,” he says.

His latest film, Afterburn, is a post-apocalyptic adventure he pursued not for money, but to fulfill a creative dream. Bautista pushed for a more relatable character — a scavenger, not a soldier — bringing humility and humanity to the screen.

At this stage of life, he’s focusing more on wellness, recovery, and fulfillment, turning to martial arts and daily routines with his dogs for balance.

Eventually, he says, he’ll leave Hollywood quietly. No spotlight, no social media — just land, peace, and pups.

Chase McLaughlin Nails 64-Yard Field Goal, Just Shy of NFL Record

Tampa Bay Buccaneers kicker Chase McLaughlin nearly etched his name into NFL history during the first half of the Sept. 28 matchup against the Philadelphia Eagles.

With just seconds left before halftime, McLaughlin drilled a 64-yard field goal, narrowing the Eagles' lead to 24–6. It was just two yards shy of the NFL record, currently held by Justin Tucker of the Ravens, who kicked a 66-yarder in 2021.

McLaughlin now joins an elite list of long-range specialists, tied with several others at the 64-yard mark, including Matt Prater, Joey Slye, and legendary kicker Tom Dempsey.

The only kicks longer than McLaughlin’s?

  • Justin Tucker (66 yards)

  • Chase McLaughlin & Brandon Aubrey (65 yards)

McLaughlin’s booming kick continues his reputation as one of the league’s most reliable and powerful legs—and he’s now just one clutch kick away from breaking NFL history.
