Six mature-friendly shades. One mascara that actually stays put.
Most mascaras promise length… then leave you with smudges, flakes, and clumps by lunchtime.
That’s why so many 50+ women are switching to PrimeLash.
It’s a tubing mascara designed for your lashes, wrapping each one to lift, define, and separate...even the ones that might be too small to see.
And when it’s time to take PrimeLash off? It slides right off with warm water. No rubbing or irritation.
From everyday black to soft brown, plus bold shades like Emerald, Burgundy, and Mulberry… there’s a color for every kind of day.
Get longer-looking lashes with zero smudge. Finally.

Rays Push for 2029 Opening Under New Stadium Agreement

The Tampa Bay Rays and Hillsborough County have reached a preliminary agreement on a proposed $2.3 billion stadium project in Tampa, marking a major step toward keeping the franchise in the region long term.
The non-binding memorandum of understanding outlines a public-private partnership involving the Rays, Hillsborough County and the City of Tampa. Under the proposal, public funding would be capped at roughly $976 million, while the Rays would cover cost overruns and future capital repairs. The planned stadium would seat at least 31,000 fans and target an opening for the 2029 MLB season.
County Commissioner Joshua Wostal criticized the agreement, saying officials still lack clear details explaining the project’s estimated cost. Despite those concerns, local leaders face pressure to approve the deal before June 1 to help secure $150 million in potential state funding tied to the project.
The proposed stadium would anchor a larger mixed-use redevelopment surrounding Hillsborough College’s Dale Mabry campus.

Tampa’s Luis Viera Eyes Move from City Hall
to Tallahassee

Tampa City Councilman Luis Viera announced he will resign from his District 7 seat later this year to run for Florida House District 67, ending nearly a decade on Tampa City Council.
Viera has represented neighborhoods across New Tampa, North Tampa, and the Fowler and Busch areas since first taking office. During his tenure, he helped secure funding for three new fire stations, supported post-hurricane housing assistance efforts following Hurricanes Helene and Milton, and served three terms as chairman of Hillsborough Area Regional Transit.
In announcing his campaign, Viera said he plans to focus on affordability, public safety, infrastructure, disability rights, and veterans issues while continuing to advocate for Hillsborough County families.
“This is my hometown,” Viera said, thanking residents for their trust and support throughout his years in office.
Viera’s resignation from Tampa City Council will officially take effect on Nov. 2.

Pasco County Pushes Aerospace Growth During Tampa’s SOF Week

As defense contractors and military leaders gather in Tampa for SOF Week, Pasco County officials are promoting the region as a growing destination for aerospace, aviation, and defense companies.
The Pasco Economic Development Council says the county’s combination of lower operating costs, available industrial land, and workforce training programs is helping attract new businesses tied to defense manufacturing, technology, and simulation industries.
Companies including Smytec, a U.K.-based forensic imaging company, and DAGAR Group, a defense analytics firm in Wesley Chapel, say Pasco’s business climate and local support systems influenced their decision to expand in the county.
Economic leaders also highlighted Pasco’s transportation access through Interstate 75, the Suncoast Parkway, U.S. 19, U.S. 41, and U.S. 301, along with partnerships involving USF, Saint Leo University, and AmSkills workforce programs.
According to the EDC, aerospace and defense jobs in Pasco County average more than $89,000 annually, with over 2,000 acres identified for future industrial development.

Report Predicts Buccaneers May Cut Former Starting Linebacker
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers could be preparing for major changes at linebacker following the retirement of Lavonte David, with reports suggesting SirVocea Dennis may not be guaranteed a roster spot heading into the 2026 season.
Dennis started 16 games last year and recorded 101 tackles, three sacks, and one interception, but his struggles in pass coverage drew heavy criticism. According to Pro Football Focus, Dennis ranked near the bottom among NFL inside linebackers, allowing one of the league’s highest passer ratings in coverage.
Bleacher Report recently listed Dennis among notable NFL players who could be released this offseason, citing concerns about his ability on passing downs and increased competition at linebacker.
Tampa Bay has already added veteran linebackers Alex Anzalone and Christian Rozeboom in free agency while also selecting Josiah Trotter in the second round of the NFL Draft.
The moves suggest the Buccaneers are aggressively reshaping the position as they prepare for the post-Lavonte David era.
